Visual Communication Workshop (16 hours)

The 5-minute Daily Huddle is without a doubt one of the most important tools implemented by the Duha Group along their Continuous Improvement journey. The instant rewards felt from this tool are far reaching, both for individual departments and for the organization as a whole, whether that encompasses one facility or many located throughout the world. Through this course, participants will learn the seven step process used in the Duha Huddle system, and will have the opportunity to consider optimal communication tools that will contribute to building their own Huddle Centers with the help of trained Center of Excellence professionals. Additionally, participants will become experts in the use of Visual Management in order to start implementing fundamental Continuous Improvement tools such as Kanban and Andon lights in your organization immediately.
