002 Advanced 4 Month Visual Activity Center (DCOE10)

The 4 Month Visual Activity Center is a visual system that allows employees and teams with various skill levels to successfully take on Continuous Improvement Activities within their areas.  The simple scheduling system also assists supervisors by easily delegating out tasks and visually recognizing at a glance whether the various tasks have been accomplished over a four month period.

This system is produced on a crystal clear Polyethylene substrate which allows the use of dry erase markers, easily stores or transports in a rolled up format, and has great adhesive characteristics for the use of sticky notes.
