Continuous Improvement Transformation Champion Program

The C.I. Transformation Champion Program is intended for the Change Agents in your organization – the individuals responsible for the implementation of your Continuous Improvement program from the ground up. This 72 hour course is spread out over 5-6 months in order to allow for the steady application of the course material within your organization.

Each module of the program is divided in to three sections. The first section will be delivered online as a preparation tool and will provide discussion and explanations on how specific Continuous Improvement tools are used in an office or shop floor environment. The second section of each course will be delivered in a comprehensive classroom environment, where participants will develop an understanding of why we are using these tools, and gain hands on experience with the tools in an effort to develop a strategic roadmap for success back at their own organization. Finally, participants will take these roadmaps back to their workplace and begin implementation with the assistance of an online coach who will be checking in and providing both feedback and support on an ongoing basis.

The individual modules of the program are delivered as singular learning opportunities that contribute to the Continuous Improvement Transformation Champion Certification, and are intended to be taken in the order they are presented. Picking and choosing an individual module is not generally recommended in order to facilitate the complete transformation of your organization, but can be considered on request.

Modules can be customized for large groups or ran in network groups – meaning both individuals or groups from businesses are welcome.

At all times a Master Black or Black Belt will be facilitating the training. Additional onsite assistance throughout the course is available if and as requested.
