094 Advanced Fishbone Diagram
A fishbone diagram is a visualization tool for categorizing the potential causes/influences of a problem/effect/outcome. This tool can be used to identify a problem's root causes or to identify potential influences connected to a future outcome.
Typically used for root cause analysis, a fishbone diagram combines the practice of brainstorming with a type of mind map template.
