We find a common challenge that most organizations face, is taking an idea from concept to completion. While companies identify multiple opportunities they do not have a system to prioritize and delegate, therefore ideas are not being completed.

The Kaizen Implementation Center offers individuals or teams a visual structured system for capturing new ideas. 

Ideas are then discussed, prioritized, scheduled, and implemented.

The Kaizen Implementation Center is a visual parking lot for capturing all ideas that allow teams to take ownership for completion by using the opportunity scheduler.

The primary benefits are a user friendly tool where ideas are never lost and providing feedback emphasizing that all ideas are important. 

Other benefits are that it recognizes employees through tracking of completed ideas and promotes accountability.

The material used to produced this system is a crystal clear Polyethylene substrate which allows the use of dry erase markers, easily stores or transports in a rolled up format and has great adhesive characters for the use of sticky notes.
