039 Advanced Duha Top Level Continuous Improvement Deployment X-Matrix

Following the principles of Hoshin Kanri, this user friendly tool allows the linkage between 1-5 year Key Strategies, Intermediate Purpose Statements, Kaizen Improvement Opportunities, Key Performance Indicators and their owners. This tool will indicate the status of Kaizen of the activities; Live, Complete or Not scheduled. Return on Investment related to each Kaizen Improvements can also be indicated and tallied. 

Every Kaizen Improvement Opportunity will have either a Lead or Lag Key Performance Indicator Metric which will also have a Primary or Secondary Owner that can also be linked. 

This tool includes a Prioritization Planner for any additional ideas generated as well as an Implementation schedule to promote ownership and accountability.
