S.W.O.T. is a brainstorming tool used to discover opportunities and eliminate threats within a process or organization.  By systematically determining Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, Continuous Improvement Champions are able to accurately determine painful areas within an organization and focus improvement efforts where they are needed most.

This system is produced on a white vinyl laminate which allows the use of dry erase markers, easily stores or transports in a rolled up format, and has great adhesive characteristics for the use of sticky notes.
