ChIPs: Rewards and Recognition Program and Database
When implementing the Passport to World Excellence system in your work environment, it can be incredibly useful to have a system which tracks the progress of each one of your staff members throughout their personal Continuous Improvement Journey. The Continuous Improvement Program (ChIPs) is a database which serves to track individual progress, schedule Continuous Improvement events such as Lunch and Learns and simulations, and (optionally) accumulate "points" for each team member much like an air miles reward system that will allow a company to reward individuals for the time and effort they have spent developing through the Continuous Improvement Program.
Purchasing the ChIPs program involves getting the system installed on to your organizations network, training for your ChIPs administrator, and step by step instruction manuals for both your admin and regular users so that they understand how to use the program.
