017 Advanced Visual Safety Activity Center (DCOE63)
We find a common challenge that most organizations face is a lack of standardized and sustainable safety systems.
Visual Safety Activity Centers drive ownership and accountability using a structured format. This is achieved by sustaning safety standards, through repetative task management.
Where opportunities are identified safety risks are addressed by the use of the prioritization planner.
Through this process employees are directly participating, by taking ownership to act on safety tasks in their areas.
The primary benefits of this process include the reduction in employee safety incidents as well the damages to physical assets and the environment.
Another benefit is an improved organizational safety awareness resulting in a positive culture.
