Opportunity Identification Training Workshop (16 hours)

The ability to properly assess a situation and use the right tools to identify opportunities is an essential skill for every Continuous Improvement Champion. The Duha Opportunity Identification System is a fully integrated process used to generate both ideas and opportunities in order to begin prioritizing and implementing immediately. Participants will receive training in S.W.O.T. Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, Facility Flow Gemba (Spaghetti Diagram Mapping) and Kaizen Implementations Centers in order to begin using these tools within your organization immediately.
