Passport to World Excellence Strategies Workshop (16 hours)

The Passport to World Excellence Program is an essential tool used to train and recognize the accomplishments of your employees throughout the continuous improvement process. Through the use of a Lunch and Learn model of training, employees gain the skills and confidence they need to be able to tackle the bigger opportunities within an organization. During this course, participants will learn how linking personal accomplishments to the continuous improvement program can often be the missing link in establishing a culture that is ready to embark on a meaningful Continuous Improvement journey.
